2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account (Student, Teacher, or Parent). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Google Sign-In & Third-Party Integration

We offer the option to register and log in using Google Sign-In. By using this feature, you authorize us to access, collect, and use specific information from your Google account, such as your profile details and email address, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Packages

Our platform facilitates educational packages and session scheduling:

• Packages: Users may purchase hourly lesson packages. All packages have expiration timelines as defined at the point of purchase.
• Scheduling: Lesson slots must be scheduled in advance according to the availability of the verified tutors.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any modifications to a scheduled session must be done in accordance with our rescheduling window (typically at least 24 hours prior to the session start time).

5. Conduct & Code of Ethics

Users must maintain a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment. Tutors and students are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassment, abusive language, or discrimination of any kind.
• Sharing personal contact details (such as personal phone numbers or direct payment methods) outside the platform.
• Sharing account access or copying/distributing copyright learning materials provided by the Academy.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behaviors that threaten the integrity, security, or positive environment of Khotaa Academy.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
